Winter Tar-Gravel Ride – One

Whangarei Marsden Wheelers are running three Winter Tar-Gravel Rides over the coming months.
When: 28th July, 25th August, 22nd September
Where: Kara Kokopu Community Hall
Who: Members and non-members welcome
Exciting Tar-Gravel Ride – gnarly corners and challenging gravel.
Parking and registration at the Kara Hall from 8.15am. Safety briefing at 8.45. First group away at 9.00am.
33km (2 laps) or 16.5 km (1 lap) on tar and gravel from the bus shelter on Kokopu Road, northward and left into Attwood Road, left into Knight Rd, left onto Kokopu Road and back to shelter.

Hot homemade soup and drinks, age group LTS (less than serious) awards and the usual banter afterwards at the hall.
