Sport NZ Guidelines for Play and Active Recreation in Alert Level 3

Today, Tuesday 28th April New Zealand moves to Alert Level 3. What does that mean for active recreation and sport? Sport NZ has released the table below with some guidelines and scenarios to help guide us in understanding what we can and can’t do to keep active and healthy.

Further information can be found on the Sport NZ website. There are also lots of ideas and links on the Sport Northland website, especially if you have younger children.
